From Europe to Sub-Saharian Africa: Sharing knowledge through Academic Mobility
The academic staff mobility programme has been launched within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, enabling the exchange of teaching staff between universities in Sub-Saharan Africa and Poland.
This mobility has created opportunities for the exchange of teaching experience, familiarisation with diverse student-centred teaching methods, as well as with educational infrastructure, including the organisation and delivery of classes within medical simulation centres.
These activities contribute to strengthening academic staff competences and enhance the impact of the InfPrev4Africa project on education and international knowledge exchange across different regions.
